Please enjoy looking through our Villager Series home plans. Click on each to view more detail. We have already developed the construction blueprints, material take-offs, flex option drawings, pricing information, and are very familiar with how well these homes build out. Custom changes you might make that would not affect the exterior dimensions, are of course the easiest to re-draw, re-price, etc. Other changes are not a stumbling block for us, but will likely take a little more time and resources. That's OK too. It's what we do. If you have already paid to develop your own home plans, please let us know. Or better yet, bring us your information and we'll discuss our bidding process.
